Lagoon bike ride


Time to discover the beautiful nature that surrounds the Óbidos lagoon. This tour brings you to amazing places on a mix of paved roads, gravel tracks and trails. Several stops at points of interest will be made like local fishermen and birdwatching, or just to enjoy the magnificent views. Around the lagoon every day is different and every tour is a surprise as we don't need to focus on a destination but lose ourselves in the enchantment of the ride itself.
Lagoa de ÓBIDOS
The Lagoon of Óbidos is the most extensive lagunar system in the coast of Portugal. It stretches between Foz do Arelho, Nadadouro, Óbidos and Bom Successo. It has an approximate area of 6.9 square kilometres and an average depth of two meters. As a coastal lagoon system, it has a high value due to its productive characteristics, namely in terms of biodiversity of ecosystems, flora, fauna and birdlife.
